A little about me…

Welcome to BeYOU Fitness! I am Camee, wife to Matt and mom to four fabulously crazy kiddos! I love fitness, clean eating, being with my family, and spontaneous dance parties! I’m usually behind on laundry, but my kids eat their vegetables, so I’m going to call it a win.

I’ve seen firsthand what a difference a focus on healthy living can make in my life and in the life of my family! I’ve always enjoyed fitness, but it hasn’t always been easy for me.  I ran my first half marathon just before discovering I was pregnant with my fourth. Coming off the marathon I was in the best shape of my life, and anticipated keeping it that way through the pregnancy.  Instead, I put on 60lbs.  30lbs more than any of my other pregnancies.  I was tired, lethargic and totally warn out.  After pregnancy, it was a whole new experience for me.

I was totally lost. I had never dreamed I would need to lose 60 lbs, but it happened.  I tried to get excited about running another half marathon, but it just wasn’t doing it for me this time around.

A close friend approached me about becoming a beach body coach.  I had tried P90x before, but had never finished a round.  It took me a few weeks to commit, but once I committed I never looked back.  First 21 Day Fix, and then P90x3 (I’m very proud to call myself a P90x grad finally).  I didn’t know what to expect when I began, but I was sure I wanted to get my health and energy back.  This journey has done that and more.

I’m in the best shape of my life, and have more energy than I’ve ever had. Most importantly, I am able to spend more quality time with my family than ever before.  I want to help others find the same success in their own fitness journey. All you need is someone to believe in you, and give you a little motivation to start.  I hope I can be that person for you.
